Dolly,
Be gentle with yourself. In time your cousin will not feel like you took her baby.. she knows this baby is yours and in time will be very happy for you.

-- Contributed by: MaryBethAdomaitisIn 1982, we lost John Matthew. He was delivered stillborn on December 26th. At that time, doctors and nurses made the decision to not let us hold or see him, and he seemed to just "disappear" through the back door of the delivery room. We weren't told where he was buried- it was a year before we found his grave. The loss reverberated through the next decades, causing misunderstandings and grief that was always present. If we had been able to say goodbye to our baby, our lives would have been different- the loss would still be there, but we could have been allowed to deal with it in a way that honored our family.

Hi, Michelle,
You should first contact your national SHARE office (http://www.nationalshareoffice.com/) first. If you can't find any information there, you can always start up your own walk with the information listed in the article. Good luck!
-- Contributed by: MaryBethAdomaitisHi I would like to have a walk for our hospital. Could you please let me know if you know anything for Lowell,ma.
-- Contributed by: michelle normandinYou can contact the national SHARE office at http://www.nationalshareoffice.com/ and inquire there first. You can also contact your local Compassionate Friends group (http://www.compassionatefriends.org/).. if neither of those work, you can always start up your own walk with information listed in the article. Good luck!!
-- Contributed by: MaryBethAdomaitisHow can I find out if a walk is held in my city or even the state.. I live in Florence, KY... even if there is one in Ohio.. I am close to Cincinnati? Thank you.
