I am so very sorry for all of your losses. Losing a pet is such a hard thing, as he or she was such an integral part of your family. Be kind to yourself and give yourself time to grieve.

I lost my 16 year old cat, Luke, over a month ago. Yes, he was an older cat, but he had never ever been sick. The pain of him not being here with me is incredible. But, I do believe that he is with God and that one day we will be renited. My faith in our Lord and Savior is what gets me through. God does cat about our pets!

It was 4 weeks ago that we had to make the most difficult decision of our lives - that we put our 14 1/2 year old cat, Zoya (with us for 14 years) to sleep so she didn't have to suffer through chemotherapy and who knows what else. I've never had such grief in my life! The major comfort I take is that Jesus is taking care of her until we see her again - a long time from now. But, it doesn't ease the sometimes sudden waves of sadness I feel at the loss of our first child. My way of coping is to make memorials creatively on the computer. Sometimes, though, that makes me cry, too. I miss her face in person - and her purr! God told me that He spared us seeing her suffer and for that I'm grateful but it still hurts - this hole in my heart.

I lost Iggy,a week ago today.I feel broken hearted and lost without her.It is a pain that I have never felt before. My only consolation is that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus getting her back scratched and playing with all the other dogs there.I will get through this with God's help. I miss you Iggy.Jesus please take care of my dog until I see her again.

Ilost my dog "Sasha" a week ago; and I have been very down lately, having crying spells, and missing her very very much. Through all this suffering, I have found confort from this web page. I definately believe that our pets souls, go on to live somewhere in heaven. There is a poem called "Over the Rainbow", and it gives me consolation, and calms me down, I read the poem when I feel sadness come over me. God bless all pets in general;because they give us their unconditional love.

A dog we had for many years, named Lady. died, but on her own. She was about 20, though we do not know her exact age as she came to us as an adult. Her breahtign became troubled and she died in a mater of three hours, though had been having problems earlier. She was blind and barley could hear.

Im certain God has taken her soul though and now she is at rest.

God be at peace with us all. And remmber Eccleseastee CHapter 3, a time for all things, even this, and I read Mark Chapter 16, and ressurection.

Let us know we will fnd comfort here.

My parents put my dog, Clifford, an hour ago. He lived for 12 years, but in the end it was the right choice to euthanize him, I guess. I can't stop crying, but I know that God will help me when I'm ready to call on him.

Having no children my Bugsy was my baby sent from God. My husband found him dropped in the middle of the dirt road when he was two days old and I was the only mother he knew. We were together for 14 loving years two days ago he had a heart attack lying on my chest while he and I were resting in bed. I could not help him. I tried everything! My husband and I are grafeful to God for sending him to us and for the 14 beautiful years he showed us what love really is. We pray we will all be together again because our special bond and love was deeper than any love we could ever imaged it to be and it was Bugsy who taught us that. Seeya later our baby boy. You live every minute in our hearts and memories. Until we meet again!!!!!!!!!!
